RC Model Dispute & Chargeback Handling Policy

Due to the technical and hobby-grade nature of RC models and related accessories, certain issues may occur during setup, calibration, or use. We are committed to assisting customers in resolving these matters fairly and efficiently.

Before opening a PayPal dispute or credit card chargeback, we kindly encourage customers to contact us directly so we can provide technical support and appropriate solutions.


1. Common RC Model Issues & Resolution Process

Many reported issues are not product defects but are related to setup or usage, such as:

  • Steering or throttle trim not centered
  • Gyro sensitivity or calibration settings
  • Battery voltage, charging, or connector issues
  • ESC or receiver binding sequence
  • Servo noise caused by current load or holding force
  • Performance differences due to terrain, temperature, or user configuration

In these cases, we may request photos, videos, or simple testing steps to help diagnose the issue. Most problems can be resolved without a return.


2. Defective or Damaged Items

If the item is confirmed to be defective upon arrival or damaged during transit, we will offer one of the following solutions at no extra cost:
