I bought both the Skyline and Porsche 911 cars.
They arrived in good time, in great condition (noting packaged well), and are both fantastically well built machines. Car recharging, oddly, takes next to no time and provides a good 25 - 30 mins of hooning about on the carpet. Being chuffed with both, I’ve just bought the gyro-fitted version last week and will be here next. Tech these days, if only it was this advanced in the 80’s……
Excellent products, robust, fast and overall a load of fun!
I received my Mini RC today and immediately got caught up playing with it. It's fast, and the radio/controller quality is impressive for the price.
However, I'm encountering an issue with reversing. Sometimes, when I attempt to reverse, the RC just stops, clicks, and then occasionally it will reverse, which is quite frustrating. At one point, it got stuck under my couch and wouldn't reverse, so I had to crawl under to retrieve it.
I understand this might not be an issue with all units, and it could just be my luck. I'll look into whether others have experienced similar problems. Despite this, I still highly recommend the Mini RC. The price is unbeatable, and any issues that arise seem manageable.
Still, I wish I didn’t have to deal with these glitches.
