Fast shipping and great packaging. Super value. Will recommend.
I absolutely love my white HG4-209 Toyota 4Runner in 1:18 scale! The design looks fantastic, with so many details that make it just as enjoyable to admire as it is to drive. The alloy body gives it an impressive appearance, while the LED lights, engine sounds, and smoke coming from the exhaust make the experience even more fun and realistic.
I bought a new rc car from you. It broke the first time out, l tried to order parts and they were unavailable.
Everything’s fine. Reasonable delivery time, no problems with customs and order tracking.
my order arrived today and over half of the items are wrong and I got stuff I didn't order , I need to either get a refund or I need the correct items, I received two small cars I didn't order and have no use for them, all the tires I received are wrong, very upset poor customer service, having trouble contacting anyone to help me. this is a rip off
We’re sorry for the confusion and that you had trouble contacting us. After reviewing your order, we confirmed that the tires ordered were racing tires, not drift tires, and the tires shipped match your order.
The two small cars were included as packaging for your batteries due to shipping arrangements. Your batteries are inside those cars; they were not sent as substitutes for your ordered items. We apologize that this wasn’t clearly explained.
Very user friendly website
No issues whatsoever
Will definitely shop with again
You guys are doing great easy to navigate the website purchase and keep track of products
Already purchased here twice. The customer support is just fantastic, all questions are answered promptly and exhaustively. I was even offered very individual solutions.
Prices are also very competitive.
Delivery to Germany took roughly 10 days all in all in each case, first one even faster, which is also perfectly fine!
Only criticism: the packaging on my second delivery was a little flimsy. Therefore, the packaging of the rc car was slightly damaged and small spare parts ordered with it were scattered in the package.
Would always buy here again.
Great little remote control car very fast shipping better than most companies
Simple and quick. Product arrived in good shape and in reasonable time.
Awesome place to shop for some good rc cars ir trucks
I'm a huge fan of small scale (1/24-1/64) RC's and tech toys. I just recently learned about your website (through a random RC Youtube video review). I'm impressed with the unique collection of products you offer. Within about two weeks after I first browsed your site and I placed my first order (4 different RC products). I'm both a RC collector and I run a small business that is focused on tech toys (small, table top robotics and RC technology). I get a lot of positive feedback from the kids, teens and families who take my classes and attend my special museum events. I only collect the best quality tech toys and soon I'll be introducing a few of these very cool new RC products that I ordered recently from Best Buy Boxes! Great job all around. I look forward to seeing new products released in your web catalog. Thank you.
Customer service is absolutely the best I’ve dealt with in a long time. Ordering is easy, shipped quick and safely, tracking was available immediately.
Very good experience. Fast shipping and very well packed products. I recommend
I wash surprised at how fast the stickers came, I would definitely buy from them again
