Quick Start Guide

1. Power on the aircraft and confirm the control surfaces are neutral (throttle at minimum).
2. Move the throttle stick to the middle position and hold for 2 seconds to enter flight-ready mode.
3. Use the throttle and directional channels to begin flying.

Brief Operating Instructions

1. After powering on the aircraft, ensure the throttle stick is at the lowest position.
2. Move the throttle to the middle position and hold for 2 seconds. The aircraft will automatically enter flight preparation mode.
3. Use the throttle and directional controls on the transmitter to begin flying.

Important Notes

Pre-Sales Information

1. Each bionic butterfly is handcrafted to order. Standard production time is approximately 7 days.
2. Custom wing designs may require an additional 1–2 days.
3. Once your unit is completed, we will record a test flight video and provide a simple tutorial for operating your bionic butterfly.

Returns Policy

This product is a bespoke handcrafted item. Each bionic butterfly is individually built and flight-tested specifically for the customer’s order.

Because of the customized nature of the product, returns are not currently accepted.
We appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Information

Due to the specialized nature of this product, we currently support shipping by DHL/UPS/FedEx .(You may need to pay tax/duty when delivery - Customers are responsible for this cost).

Pre-Flight Guidelines

1. Charge the battery before flying: Lithium batteries are shipped partially charged for safety reasons, which is only sufficient for factory testing.
2. The included USB balance charger supports 5V input only: Do not connect it to high-voltage chargers, as this may damage the charger.
3. Monitor battery usage during flight: After approximately 3-4 minutes of continuous flight, recharge or replace the battery.
   Over-discharging the battery may cause permanent damage. Recharge when any cell drops below 3.7V, or the total battery voltage falls below 7.4V.
   
4. Before landing or in case of collision, immediately reduce the throttle to minimize damage.
   Do not allow the wings to continue flapping after landing, as this may damage the wings or airframe.
5. Temperature & Environment

• During hot summer conditions, allow the aircraft to cool if flying continuously for more than 4 minutes.
• In winter, this is generally not an issue. Flight may resume once the system returns to normal temperature. (The drive module uses an open design for heat dissipation. Exposure to water or rain may cause malfunctions, therefore do not fly in rainy or high-humidity environments.)

The transmitter and aircraft are pre-paired and pre-configured before delivery.
Please do not attempt to re-pair or reconfigure the system, as this may cause control conflicts or malfunctions
The bionic butterfly is not designed to fly in windy conditions.
Operate indoors or outdoors only in calm, windless environments.

After-Sales Service

• The drive module includes a lifetime warranty.
  Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs for repairs.
• Butterfly wings and servos are considered wear-and-tear components, and repair or replacement fees will be determined based on the specific condition.
• Bionic wings include a one-time warranty.
• The wings are made from high-quality imported materials and are relatively expensive, so please handle them carefully.
• Servos are high-load components designed for hundreds of operation cycles.
  Impacts or crashes may reduce their lifespan, and repair costs will be assessed based on the situation.
• Batteries are consumable items and are not covered under warranty.
