The car was delivered within a week in the EU, specifically the Netherlands. The car itself is great; I already had the smaller variant. The quality is very high. Extremely satisfied.

Fantastic and works great! Very straight forward and little to no set up required besides inserting battery. Quality protect for the price and having a blast driving it around the office. The tiny smoke machine is a great addition, although the sound I do wish have the option to turn it off.
Shout out to the team at BBB who shipped it out even when I ordered it the day after the posted CNY holiday dates, I was expecting it to ship much later!
Our kitchen isn’t big enough to accommodate my driving so the floor is a safer bet (for the cars sake). These cars are a blast, especially with being more indoors in the winter time. I only own the smaller sixes of drifter cars but it is a different race compared to other style cars I have. Definitely recommend these and Best Buy Boxes as well.
This car is incredible. Depending on the speed, angle of turn, gyroscope, and wheels you can completely change the characteristics of the drift. The battery life is very long, especially for such a small and sturdy car. If I had paid 3x as much I would still love this purchase. We have two, and my seven year old and I play with these every day.

Terrible customer support – Motor failed after 2 months of minimal use!
I ordered from this shop, and the package was delivered on March 28. Even though I’ve had it for about two months, I have only actually used it a handful of times. Despite this minimal use, the motor of my Hstar D43-01Q completely stopped working.
When I contacted customer service, they couldn't care less. They completely refused to offer a replacement, a refund, or even a fair compromise. Instead, they tried to hide behind the excuse that a motor dying after just a few uses is normal "wear and tear," expecting me to pay for a new one out of my own pocket—which is ridiculous for something that was barely used.
I have never misused the car, nor have I modified it in any way; it is completely stock. It’s honestly bizarre how their response frames the situation as if I did something wrong or altered the vehicle to cause this defect.
Extremely disappointed with the lack of support and zero willingness to help. Save your money and buy from a seller who actually stands behind their products and respects basic consumer rights.

We are sorry that you feel disappointed, but we would like to clarify the situation.
Your order was delivered on March 28, and the issue was first reported to us on June 8, around 70 days after delivery. There was no report that the item was defective on arrival or shortly after receiving it.
As an RC drift car is a hobby product, parts such as the motor, battery, tires, and drivetrain are subject to wear depending on how the product is used, including running time, overheating, impact, surface conditions, and maintenance. We are unable to verify actual usage frequency after delivery, and a motor issue reported after this period of time cannot automatically be considered a delivery defect.
We did offer support options. These included purchasing a replacement motor separately, or adding a FREE replacement motor to a future order. Therefore, it is not accurate to say that no solution or compromise was offered.
We remain available to assist with a replacement motor solution.
No problems at all and came fairly quickly after ordering. Nice packaging. I have since ordered something else. And I will more than likely order more things in the future
Great price. Good toy, shipped pretty quick. Box arrived about how you'd expect for the transport, but the product was undamaged. The description was a bit confusing as to whether or not it came with a trailer, and the company was quick to answer!
