my order arrived today and over half of the items are wrong and I got stuff I didn't order , I need to either get a refund or I need the correct items, I received two small cars I didn't order and have no use for them, all the tires I received are wrong, very upset poor customer service, having trouble contacting anyone to help me. this is a rip off

The two small cars were included as packaging for your batteries due to shipping arrangements. Your batteries are inside those cars; they were not sent as substitutes for your ordered items. We apologize that this wasn’t clearly explained.

Already purchased here twice. The customer support is just fantastic, all questions are answered promptly and exhaustively. I was even offered very individual solutions.
Prices are also very competitive.
Delivery to Germany took roughly 10 days all in all in each case, first one even faster, which is also perfectly fine!
Only criticism: the packaging on my second delivery was a little flimsy. Therefore, the packaging of the rc car was slightly damaged and small spare parts ordered with it were scattered in the package.
Would always buy here again.
