Why would you send with no decals this is the 2nd one I've bought first one came with the decals

To clarify, the first item you purchased was a Ready-to-Run (RTR) vehicle, which does include decals as part of the complete package. The recent order was for a replacement body shell only, and per the manufacturer’s specifications, decals are not included with standalone body parts.
